  • Can you also DJ my Wedding's Ceremony?
    Absolutely we can! One of our experienced DJs will work closely with you to curate the perfect playlist for your love story and ensure seamless transitions from start to finish, creating a magical atmosphere that will continue all the way into your reception and beyond.
  • Can I submit song requests in advance for my event?
    Yes! We welcome our clients to begin discussing their song requests during their event consultation. Additionally, once the contract is signed, clients will receive planning forms where they can specify their song preferences in detail leading up to the booking date. Throughout the process, we'll work closely with you to ensure that your event playlist reflects your unique style and vision.
  • Which methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept Credit, Debit, E-Transfer, PayPal, Cheque, or Cash. Please note that there is a 3.4% transaction fee for payments made by Card or PayPal.
  • Can you travel for events?
    Yes, we would love to travel to make your event a success, whether it's across town or across the country. However, please note that additional costs for travel and/or accommodation may apply depending on the location of your event. Any additional costs related to travel and accommodation will be clearly detailed in your personalized quote, ensuring transparency and eliminating any hidden fees throughout the planning process.
  • Are you insured?
    Yes - at DJ Dillon Productions, we are fully insured with a general liability coverage of at least 2 million dollars. A copy of our insurance policy is available upon request. This insurance coverage reflects our commitment to ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their events.   • Do you have backup equipment in place?
    Absolutely! At DJ Dillon Productions, reliability and preparedness for every event is of utmost importance to us. That's why we always come to each event fully equipped with backup audio and lighting equipment to ensure uninterrupted entertainment throughout your special occasion. In addition to our backup equipment, we also have a backup DJ on call for nearly every event. In the unlikely event of an emergency, rest assured that we'll have a contingency plan in place to seamlessly manage any unforeseen circumstance, allowing your event to proceed smoothly without any disruptions.
  • Can I see you perform before my event takes place?
    You sure can! For professional settings such as weddings or corporate events, we may be able to arrange a viewing of a live performance. However, this is subject to availability and must be requested well in advance. Additionally, permission from the client hosting the event must be granted. For more casual events such as nightclubs or live performances, you are more than welcome to attend one of our upcoming events.   • Which genres do you usually play?
    At DJ Dillon Productions, we pride ourselves on our versatility and extensive music catalog, which spans across all genres. Whether you're into the latest chart-toppers, classic hits, or niche genres, we are confident that we’ll have you covered. With years of experience and a vast collection of tens of thousands of songs, we will tailor the music selection to suit your preferences and the atmosphere of your event perfectly. Furthermore, in the rare instance that a request falls outside of our extensive music catalog, we have access to streaming services to ensure that any song choice can be accommodated, even day-of.
  • Can I get printed copies of my Photo Booth pictures?
    Absolutely! Printed copies are available for our Studio and Glam booths and are printed immediately after use - the other 3 Photo Booth options we offer provide moving GIFs/Videos, therefore can only be sent digitally.
  • Can I get digital copies of my Photo Booth pictures?
    Absolutely! Digital copies are available with all 5 of the Photo Booth options that we offer and can be sent immediately by either text or email.
